Vivimos fuera y se han encargado de solucionar todo el papeleo con un mínimo esfuerzo por nuestra parte. Sólo he ido a conocerlos y a firmar la venta. Y además fue rápido. Tienen un servicio excelente.

Nos alquilaron un piso ideal. Ya estamos viviendo en él. Aunque tuvimos que hacer unos trámites nos ayudaron y asesoraron en todo. Ha ido todo perfecto. Muy recomendables

Comienzo diciendo que si yo fuera el gerente de esa inmo la señora que me ha enseñado un piso, sobre 50 años piel y pelo morenos, no tardaría un instante en recomendarle otra función si no ponerla de patitas en la calle. Explico:
desconocía que el piso contaba con dos plazas de garaje, desconocía si trastero y plazas de garaje estaban en el -1 ó -2, desconocía la ubicación del acceso a garaje y que no nos mostró, claro, no comentó ni por supuesto mostró la piscina comunitaria, nos dijo k nos enseñaba el trastero y garaje sólo si estábamos muy interesados, nos dijo k tenía prisa y que como habíamos llegado tarde., 4 minutos tarde síen fin, es lo que hay.
Fuimos con ilusión pero nos la quitó, además de que el piso es muy poco luminoso y ruidoso x coches calle.
Con todo el respeto hacia esta señora aunque quizás no lo merezca, expreso estas palabras tal y como sucedió.

He intentado contactar con ellos, para compartir piso con un compañero. y no me he sentido tan despreciado en mucho tiempo. Han pedido unos requisitos imposibles (los cuales no estaban en el anuncio) para dos estudiantes, y si no los cumples no quieren saber nada, ni intentar llegar a un beneficio común, parecía que me querían colgar al momento.

Trato muy bueno y son efectivos, he alquilado en esta inmobiliaria con REVIVAL y se preocuparon de buscarme el piso que necesitaba, me llamaron y finalmente alquile. Lo malo es el papeleo, pero merece la pena
