I had a problem with my in-mast furling, which I thought was going to require a mast removal to fix. I contacted Ivan to find out the damage and he was more than helpful in resolving it. He diagnosed the issue quickly and honestly and resolved it for a fair price. The mast didn't even need to come out. I absolutely would not hesitate to hire again.
