Rolling blackouts and constant military training routines aside, this was a very nice place. Rooms above the first floor were a little drafty, but the rooms below were quite nice. Once you get past what sounded like a moaning noise coming from the basement, the nice cot placed in the middle of the concrete floor was most comfortable to sleep in. And what about that service. Every time you leave the room, the government provides you with 2 body guards who'll follow you everywhere, and show you very specific parts of the city. They'll be pointing guns at your face the whole time, so you'll always be safe. Overall my stay here was just fantastic, highly recommended.
