Cours de Français
10 levels
There are ten levels in the Alliance Française of Asmara (AFA). Each session (11 weeks = 44 hours) corresponds to one level.
The methodology of our team is based on the Common European Framework.
The levels 1 and 2 of the AFA correspond to the level A1 which is called “Breakthrough Level (Elementary user)”
The levels 3, 4 and 5 of the AFA correspond to the level A2 which is called “Waystage Level (Elementary user)”
The levels 6, 7 and 8 of the AFA correspond to the level B1 which is called “Threshold Level (Independent user)”
The levels 9 and 10 are for advanced students and dedicated to the prebyation for the DELF/DALF exams (Diplôme d’études en langue Française) / (Diplôme Apprdeondi de Langue Française).
It only concerns the levels B2 "Vantage Level" (Independent User), C1 "Effective operational proficiency Level" (Experienced User) and C2 "Mastery Level" (Experienced user).
Peinture et gravure
The Alliance Française provides drawing and Painting courses to 8 - 18 year old people.
Monday and Friday

Médiathèque

Opened to the students of the Alliance Française, the media center offers useful information on culture, studies, trainings and tourism in France.
Within very different documents, visitors can use CD-Rom.
