The place is nice and clean. Communication with staff is sometimes difficult. Expensive lunch.

The place is friendly in a great location ( walking distance to Giza pyramids ), not everyone speaks English but they do try to help. It is pleasent to spend time at the pool, but there is a no swimming sign. The balcony of the room is large , perfect to watch the sunset from there. (Not much of a view otherwise) Room is large with aircon , only problem is its not very clean That is the only down side. I would of give it a five star if it was cleaned properly.

Very unprofessional and rude staff .. no sense of customer service wether at reception, restaurant or room service. The ugly face of the facility reveals the moment you step in the hotel, no concierge no bellboy at lobby. Proceed to room no english tv channels had to complain 10 times in 3 days to get it fixed, no wifi in room the IT guy brought a router, as for cleanliness the room was a mess after daily room service call the room still could spot long female hair lying around (i stayed alone no female company). As for the hotel amenities the so published spa doesn't exist and gym is nothing more than a couple of treadmill and some vintage machine for whole body workout all smashed in a small room.
All in all good if traveling for work and just need a place to crash at night and get out early morning but not recommended for someone with leisure or family outingresponse / report this review -
