  Very bad service for customers. I waited 2 hours to meet service advisor Engineer , although i was reserved an appointment with call center. in addition, recieving the car the next day while the service is changing oil and filter only.

  The worst ever. The Skoda sales man refused to show the car to the customer and the worst sales man I had ever met. So what about the service in the future? All my friends who owned Skoda before complaining about spare parts, services and after sales services.
