Nice place but most services were closed because end of season. Also bad service for swimming pools, all the free swimming pools are closed !! Only one with fees and low quality is opened with another fees for aqua park in it which is 2 slides only.

I like it because it is not the New Sa7el. It is late back, has pools, cafes, beaches, market, kids areas with beach buggies, a main pool with huge slide, amazing feteer place, fool ta3meya, fish and supermarkets.

I love it. It is more like a housing compund rather than a resort. Facilities requires more attention. It has a very friendly atmospher. Beach is the 2nd longest after MARINA. As well, it is strategically located in the middle of all attractions starting from Agamy ending to Marina & farther.
It is a good place for beach & pool activities. Beach is very nice & not crowded. You can enjoy your privacy at the beach.
Chalets are reasonable in size & all has a wonderful sea view.response / report this review -

Very nice and quiet place, beach view is amazing and the beach usually not crowded. Pools are available for swimming and aqua games for kids. Really nice place to stay and relax
