  The hours at this location can't be trusted ! They show on the website their hours and then when you arrive, you will find them CLOSED ! My husband must travel 2 hours to get to this location and spend money for transportation to find there is NO ONE WORKING and the Location is CLOSED !
  This is very frustrating that Western Union charges fees for their services to assure a quick transaction. Allowing for the time difference between 2 countries is not my issue... It is Egyptians who want to have the Western Union as part of their business but then don't follow their own store hours posted ! I will be calling customer service to inform them of this issue and this is NOT the first time this has happened to my husband. It was NOT a HOLIDAY and unacceptable on the Egypt side of this ! I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FEE !
