An outdoor Oasis at the outskirts of Cairo. A great place to go hiking, running, or cycling.

Great place and nature for hiking, camping, mountain biking and lots of other stuff in the middle of Cairo

The place itself is amazing for long hikes and bicycling, not to mention it's almost the only outlet away from Cairo's pollution. But it's the people who run it that are really hard to reach and hard to communicate with.

It's unbelievable to find a place like this in cairo
The real meaning of complete isolation
Suddenly there is no noises no pollution away from the crowd once you get there you will never wanted to leave.

I was under the impression sky glow was going to be minimal but it's still kind of hard to see the stars. Great experience overall however.

Such a beautiful place of serenity. It's amazing that there is a place this beautiful right within the noise and chaos of Cairo. It's an excellent place for biking, hiking or camping and very affordable to go in as well. Perfect for a sporty weekend.

The easiest way to get away from that noise, dirt and chaos of Cairo city. I've just arrived in Cairo from hong kong where I loved running the trails and hills and this is the only place I have found that even comes close. Never crowded but unfortunately there is litter, although not nearly as bad as the city. If you like running then you will appreciate it here.
