My mobile needs a new screen, I have handed over to your branch on Jan. 1st, and the due date to get it back on Jan. 8th I'm disappointed as the due date is over due and I was always told it is under test and it takes from 24 to 48hrs, even since Sunday till today Jan. 11th, you exceeded the test duration.
