My aunt came to the shop in Point 90 mall to put a different sim card in. While doing so, she also decided to fix her speaker. After fixing the speaker, the technician decided to lie to her and said that she had a bug on her phone and he would fix it for 275 GM. There was no bug she was just on a lower firmware. There was a problem with the firmware upgrade and her phone was stuck in recovery mode. We spent 3.5 hours trying to find a solution. That's not the worst part. We were supposed to bring my nanna food but by the time we got home she had already eaten. Thanks Tradeline. I also had 300 GM of takeaway sushi that went bad because of the wasted time at the store. Thanks Tradeline. Anyways we left the store with a useless piece of metal. Thanks again to Tradeline Point 90 and our lying technician.

Just like every Disney story, this one has a happy ending. My aunt brought the phone to Tradeline Concord Plaza and the technician was able to restore the phone without losing the data and at no charge because of the inconvenience from the night before.

It is good place to buy anything apple. However I think it is more expensive than getting it from USA.

Cool store for Apple products, but don't even think to repair any issue in ur apple product here after passing the warranty as they're super expensive.
