the hotel is paradice but with a few minor anoying bits .
to start of with the hotel is a dream very modern very good looking everywhere it looks like heaven lol. atm the are a few buildings being built in the distance but it very far cant hear anything just a tiny bit of a eye sore but very minor.
a few pools and superior rooms are amazing havent seen the standard but would recomend the superior as the are pool side and amzing showers beds everything 10 out of 10. i cant stress enough how beautifull this hotel and the golf course are.
now the bad bits.
prices on the menu are reasonable but when you order be prepared for a shock because you end up paying 50% more then it says on the menu as its +vat service charge and delivery. its not to expensive at the end considering the prestige of the hotel but its annoying that its cleary a marketing thing. ps all the food is amazing and cocktails
1st day we got here on a thursday it was very peace full but the friday and saturday there was weddings both nights very loud and alot more people and kids running round i personally like peacefullness but you may not mind as much +we was right next door to groom and bride very annoying noisy all night and im not to much of a moaner lol. so od check if there are any weddings or events if you want peace and it looks lile the perfect place to get maried if that your plans .
spa is free but they try charge you 120 egp for a locker hotel seems to try milk you for every penny they can.
staff very very friendly but i was very shocked to see how the spa manager spoke to the lower level staff put me in a bad mood she was very rude and even when she spoke to us had a very bad vibe but the rest were amazing.
golf we was not allowed to play golf as we did not have a handicap which is just ridiculous even if we wanted to pay a protocol teach us we were still not allowed on the golf course in my opinion this was the stupidest thing ever and was not happy about it.
I am actually sad to give this place a 4 stars not five but there was too many little things that I did not like but the hotel is amazing never the less if the things I have mentioned do not bother you then you will love it here it is Paradiseresponse / report this review -

The resort is lovely, a bit empty and lacking in 'buzz' but the facilities are really very good. Rooms are nice and breakfast was excellent. The gym and pool were nice too. Overall very impressed but it's clear that it's a new hotel trying to find it's way and clientele. I'm sure that they will.

The hotel combines luxury with tranquility, it overlooks amazing views of the golf. Its restaurants serve great food with the added benefit of a great ambiance.
The spa is very soothing and luxurious too, and the staff is very friendly :)

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. New place still working out bugs like no soap in rooms and trying to get guests to check out early due to a wedding. If wedding is going on, don't go as pool gets closed.
Rooms could also be cleaner but ever eager staff always aimed to please.
Note - no ATM on site but all cards accepted. Worth weekend stay just for amazing pool.response / report this review -

I checked in on the 14th of April , we went to the pool at 2:30 pm and we ordered food and we waited for more than an hour for the food to come and nothing happened and whenever we ask about the food they say 5 minutes. We kept like this for 120 minutes and the food came wrong and we had to return it. The staff didn't even try to make it for us.
Worst service ever I have witnessed , totally unprofessional and untrained staff. Not friendly at all , couldn't manage the situation. Didn't make up. Worst vacation that was supposed to be a good one.
I don't recommend going there, I regret spending a pound there. If you want to throw away your money and take nothing in return go there.

Excellent relaxing resort has golf court w excellent spa, indoor outdoor pools rooms are around marvels landscape reasonable price. 5 stars to take it as is without looking for restaurants variety or location near many interest points.

Such a classy resort. Incredible view and wonderful vast landscape. The staff are very friendly too. Went there coz my best friend was planning his wedding. Such a shame we couldn't reach a suitable deal with the hotel
