Too slow , zero progress , bad company , every time a lot of changing on the plan

It's a rocky mountain by the sea. No sandy beach like the rest of resorts on the north coast. This project was launched several years ago under the name "Sabiduria", it seems that so far there's zero progress. I visited the site myself and was shocked by the fact that there's no beach.
