The Nile Ritz doesn't stand Ritz-Carlton reputation on some topics
Breakfast is limited (during stay March2021)
Low on restaurants (during stay March 2021)
Staff is friendly but it doesn't mean you will get what you need or an waiter will be at your table in 10 minutes. You need to find them especially in the bar at the ground floor
Noise from the city and the square in front of the hotel is a serious deal. 3 night in a rows I had weddings under my window. Other nights a parade's rehearsal. It takes about 2 hours every night to find a room on other side o hotel. So I was staring at the weddings till 1:30 AM
Finally I landed in another side of the hotel.
I ate there a couple of times. Food is of high quality and variety. Very friendly staff and a very pleasant chef. I would definitely recommend it! Overall very positive experience.
I stayed here for two weeks this year. I had an amazing time around Cairo, but it was a pleasure to come back to such a immaculate hotel. I love the breakfast! Even the staff that does not speak perfect English knew me by my first name. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Ritz Carlton in Cairo if they have the means.
The view of the Nile was magical. Staff, top-down, was most professional, super friendly, and very respectful. It was the cleanest and most well-maintained hotel at which I stayed during the pandemic. Definitely one of the best hotels in the region and the continent. I have had a fantastic experience, and I will certainly go back.
It was a great day i have spend a lovely moment in this hotel and i recommend this hotel its one of the best with view , services , staff all perfect.
