I am afraid all I can say is their service is really bad for inner city transportt. Very uncoordinated and over priced. Hassle!

Unfortunately I booked a car for 6 hours, it was worth driver in the world. Kept using wrong directions.. There was no traffic and it took us 1 hour 40 minutes from Maadi to Sheikh Zaid.. Lost his way to Arab Mall.. Had to look for the driver more than 30 minutes in the parking..I had to call the hotline how called him until he came back Paid 1115 EGP for the worth expirince ever. Full of frustration, disappointment and wast of my time..

You pay more than double for the service in comparison to Uber, so you expect a better service, however they show up 30 minutes late without even a call and that for a ride to the airport. totally unreliable

Some of the drivers are morals and they do not deal professionally and the big problem is that customer services are blowing up workers and complaining. The wind goes and got me one position. Now I did not get an apology and the driver was bullying.
Do they forget that they are here in the place of their competitor and there are companies such as Cairo airport travel, followed by Cairo airport, blowing up a new fleet and a fleet of new cars and cheaper pricesresponse / report this review
