It was awful, the Guy who's answering the phone was very rude, he said yes it's a pet friendly place and then when we went there he totally changed his words infront of his manager and said you didn't mention that you have a dog thou he came and asked the Sequirty to let me in from the beach house club in marraasi , staff was rude , supervisor was so unprofessional and he was literally kicking us out in a rude way I will never go to any of your branches again?!! hire a professional people first then look for a decent customers.
