I wanted to give them ZERO stars.
AWFUL service. TERRIBLE customer service: late replies to the mails without even being helpful.
They don't answer phone calls which is the simplest way to contact with them!!

Instead of going to Cairo to apply for visa to france or Germany TLS is really great, they were pretty helpful. Just next to the Libyan embassy, and there is a parking area just few steps from it.

First of all, they shouldn't give you appointment cause they can't keep it, mine was at 11:00 am and i waited till 1:00 pm, only two employees servicing people, and one of them didn't come in till 12:30 pm when you arrive a little early they make you wait on the building stairs, when we finaly got serviced the employee was very rude and in a hurry "of course cause she came late" she refused to take my older passports although i have the right to present any kind of documents that benefits my application, when i complained to Tls contact office, they argued that the french embassy told them to cause i don't have previous Schengen visa "aka a lower class human apparently" , then when i asked for official email stating this fact they refused "aka they lied" then when i said I'll complain to french embassy they said they contacted the embassy and i can give the office the old passports and they'll send it , another lie since i found out minutes later that tls website States that my passport was done already and on its way to tls office .
Highly unprofessional, unethical office, that scams people for money and make mistakes deliberately to ensure you get refused and so you'd re-apply and pay them more fees.

Great and professional way to apply for your visa.

Everything is run in the right time , but too sad i had to wait outside at stairs waiting for my turn ..
They should make a waiting hall for people to wait for their turn
