Just Wow!! Well maintained and the Hotel is too huge divided into blocks which confused me being my first visit, the sensitivity of the card provided needs to be checked as one needs to spend alot of time to open. The beach is Awesome. Ask for anything it will be there.

the best hotel i've ever been to in my life. the frontdesk are very helpful great food but very few options should have a lot more options for a 5 star hotel and the lake is my best place there, great views, they have free coffee machine for all inclusive users even at dinner and everywhere which is great

It doesn't worth 5 stars.. The receptionist " Mohamed Said " is rude, but his partner Mohamed Usama is helpful and awesome.
No air conditioning in the lobby and corridors.
The food is good,but the dessert is poor.
The reservation manager made a mistake about my room, my reservation was a Sea view room, but he put me in a garden view room. The next day after some argument , he replaced the room .. The restaurant staff argue with each other in front of the guests..
The room is very good and the air conditioning in the room is excellent. The swimming pools are clean and the beach is very good.response / report this review -

Wonderful hotel and super helpful and polite​ staff. Excellent views, nice spacious rooms and good food. One of my best vacations it was memorable week. Certainly recommended and for sure I'm going back there in the near future.

Very quit place, and good food. Not the cleanest place, i don't think its 5 stars.. More like 4. The room is great, with an excellent view, and the staff is friendly most of the time.

Very nice place. In february it was almost empty but everything was open and working. Lots of dishes in restaurant. I recommend all-inclusive option.

The view is fabulous The sea water is super clear.. heated pool, indoor pool, salt lake and water activities.

This hotel is very good place, very good food & very polite + nice employees. This hotel also has Red Sea Beach. I hope you can enjoy this place someday.

Lovely pools great beach and hotel facilities artificial red sea water pool. Great staff very service oriented. Excellent spa. The animation team rocks. Very much recommended I would definitely come back and hopefully soon.
