It's a great place to sit down and enjoy a sweet treat or even a hearty breakfast. The windows are big enough that depending on your seat, the backdrop is going to be the luscious green grass and the wavy palm trees.

Service is great, waitors are very friendly but the food is never 10/10 I don't know why. The sweet food and starters are decent though. The chicken is a better choice than the meat sometimes which for me is annoying since I love meat/beef/steak etc But the view of the sea makes up for it I guess.

The view from the 3rd floor is irreplaceable. The food was better comparing to Suez and Maadi branch. So far, the most fancy Spectra branch ever.

Spectra restaurant is a beautiful one with good service and view especially at the second floor where you can see the sea and trees while having your delicious food and drink.

I just ordered from Spectra, and I swear my stomach hurts! If I hadn't been so hungry after work, I would have dumped it all in the garbage. The country fried chicken was cold, and over cooked. Potatoes a gratin were boiled in some thick yucky flour mixture. The brown sauce was made with Fine Foods or Maggiegross! Don't get me started on the spinach! What the heck was that? Food for pigs?

Awesome steak and sides along with dessert. Cherry cola was good also. Bathroom wasn't the best, just clean enough to use quickly. Staff were friendly.
