Very bad service, i was kept waiting just for 1 hour just for the receiving representative leave his desk and come check the car , very poor service

Skoda is a very good car. One of respected makes in Egypt. This is the main show room and service center. It's huge.
Cons: expensive. They ask you to change things at the early scale but if you are aware of the maintenance basics you can postpone few things. They overfill engine oil, water tank, tire pressure and anything that's refillable😂. The reception engineer keeps telling you nonsense explanation to why they don't change gear oil or spark plugs at 60 K while the actual reason is they are busy today and it's Ramadan with short days and system is down! They assume you don't understand anything. Long waiting time, most of it the car is still in queue, not in actual service.
Pros: get you early idea about things that need a change. Usually the fixing is good. Free wifi (lousy). Big center with good waiting area overlooking the maintenance workshop. They accept credit cards. Sometimes polite!response / report this review -

Very bad personnel. Waiting time is horrible. Unclean waiting area. And the worst of all is the reception and information desk.

It is not easy to go there, Customer service agents are not friendly, Waiting time is terrible. It was a nice service centre but nowdays it is terrible.
