The delivery took 8 hrs then they called to confirm the order , and they never showed up again, waiting for grocery order from 3:50 PM till 12:10 AM and they never came or answered their phones

The store is very organized and spacious with a lot of variety in groceries, as well as a huge selection of imported goods. The fresh produce is of high quality. The store itself feels premium.

Very nice supermarket however big room for improvement, they need to make sure to replace the items before they run out, the place is small and always packed my advice do not shop there on Saturdays

Can really be full at times. But love buying ny fish here and once in a while you find Heinz baked beans. They also grill fish for you inside when you request but hv had terrible experiences as each time the fish is burnt.

Well, it is one of the most popular supermarkets in Cairo and has several branches every where. It concentrates on imported or high quality products. There for it belongs to the expensive chains. However the cheese and meat section is very rich in variaty and hygiene. I pay gladly a little bit more for these two items. Any thing else is either same price or more expensive than the other markets.

Seoudi is a very good store, but Waterway has a major parking issue. Also the level of staff servicing is not as premium as the store, and some products are not available. The cleaners aisle in particular is quite neglected.

This branch is spacious, clean and stocks my favourite fruit and salads. The staff I have dealt with at this particular branch are polite and helpful. There are ample parking spaces just outside.

However, prices on many items are quite inflated. For instance, I usually buy a can of coconut cream from another supermarket for 56 EGP, while Seoudi sells the same brand/item for 86 EGP.
