I had a surgery there and I spent more than 3 hours to enter my room. Then, more than 5 hours to go to operations and I was not able to know when should I do the surgery. After the surgery, I needed water and food and they came after more than 3 hours.
Messy organization, no system and there was a conflict in my medical plan with wrong medications.response / report this review -

Disaster by all means.. exceptianly disorganized, unprofessional is a kind word should you wish to discrib both personal and system any yet it is overpriced.
Most of the employees are super arrogant, rude and nose up and most of all clueless
By the look of things the management of this place are not taking it serious
BTW, I paid quite a big amount in cash and the service received or I should say not received was absolutely worthless.

Very poor posibilities the crew of doctors comes late alwayes the receptionist is awful and the nurses just chat-chat it's bad hosbital and it needs a new hard working managment system by the way i am an engineer so i know how to manage so as not to said that i don't know what i am talking about .

This place is an absolute joke. If this is one of the best hospitals in Egypt, I feel truly sorry for most Egyptians. My advice to you is please do not ever get sick. Mostly likely you will be hit and killed in the car park before ever entering the brightly lit atrium. This parking chaos mirrors exactly what you are about to find within. Before you see a doctor, you will be sent from office to office in a tour than will take hours and cover miles and miles of floor. En route, you will encounter dozens of uninformed, disinterested, confused staff who regularly contradict each other and give affirmative, definitive instructions that are plainly wrong. Welcome!
In short, the place seems as if it is run by bored, unorganized, lazy individuals who have no interest in working there. The sheer lack of care or interest with which people work is heartbreaking.
You will pay top dollar for a budget experience and poor medical and excessively poor administrative standards. This hospital is roughly 50 years behind anything in Europe.
I want to extend my sincere apologies to anybody who has to go here in the future. The gateway to hopelessness awaits you at the Saudi German.response / report this review -

Would like to thank all the staff working at this hospital. My recent visit to this hospital was with a expatriate and i can say that the professional care taken and kindness shown was world class attention. Have no problem in recommending this beautiful hygienic hospital to anyone.. thanks

I would give it less than a star if i could .. i just had an operation snd the stiches have opened and not healing and every time i go the dr gives me the same antibiotic spray telling me it will be ok .. its been a month and stiches still opened !! worst experience with ER too .. unproffessional dealing with patients from doctors and nurses !!

Don't judge a book by its cover. This hospital although looks great but employees lacks all types of professionalism. They are so full of themselves as they are a NASA scientists. They are arrogant, respond very slowly, not friendly and not smiling. And I mean by employees, everyone, reception, Pharmacy, doctors, nurses.
Everything runs slowly in this place. And you find many employees around you absolutely doning nothing than just waking around. Slowly of course!!

Patients die waiting for a doctor to be seen. The hospital buys time because they are billing the patient for the time spent in the hospital. They should consider switching their hospital license for a hotel licence. How could a high level hospital not have an emergency room doctor available.? Why should a patient be forced to wait 12 hours in critical condition to be seen.

The Acceptance & Nursing Process is Making patients for the 1st time who never dealt with Foreign nursing system getting Very frustrated. If you are Used to such system u shall be ok.

As place looks so nice but as staff it's totally other story whatever u arrive in time or even before u will not catch ur appointment cuz of doctors they r busy with launch or write a report or something like that !!!! I think better than bring someone to play music bring someone to to supervise ur employees..

Is there any worst! Even one star is too much for this place. Overloaded with patients while no space, nurses & receptionists are very rude working under pressure. Doctors either late or doing another procedures some where else & appointments should wait consequently for long time. I got my refund & I will leave this big TRASH

A Very well organized and modern hospital, but lacks ph. Doctors in many fields , which makes it possible for inaccurate diagnosis even after the x-ray, which happened to me personally 😑

The hospital although well presented and equipped with the latest technology. When member of my family fell ill with dvt. I admitted him to the hospital where i was suprised by the following
1 very exccevely expensive
2 the doctors are of the lowest training compared to similar hospitals.
3. The responce time to red alert or code blue took some times 30 minuits at least.
4. Excessive use of equipment that inflate cost unnecessary.
5. The icu is jammed with noisy staff and impossible to rest.
6. The security management is near military even for vip.
7. Main complain is untrained medical staff.
8. Some medication like illicit drugs get stolen from patients.
9. Their kitchen is a mess poor food quality with no design for each patient needs.
Finally I discovered that doctors are an employed staff directed to maximise incom.response / report this review
