  Dear friends and family this is a very personal case and is something my family has been struggling with. There are ads that have been circulating on many channels (such as hayah TV) and on numerous billboards across Egypt encouraging people to buy chalets, villas and apartments in Jumeriah bay on Ras el Hekma, when in reality they don't own the land or anything for that matter. This is a huge scam and I'm warning you that my cousin is the land's owner and that we have no intention of collaborating with them. Help us stop these bastards! Share and repost everywhere please!

  يحذر اتحاد ملاك النخيل بأن الشركات التالية أسمائهم :-
  
  1. شركة جميرا - ٨ شارع العروبة - مصر الجديدة - القاهرة
  2. شركة سكن للتمويل العقاري - ٣٠ شارع نادي الصيد - المهندسين - الجيزة
  3. شركة سكن للتطوير - ٣٠ شارع نادي الصيد - المهندسين - الجيزة
  
  المعلنين عن بيع وحدات سكنية و فندقية بمشروع جميرا باي - رأس الحكمة - بمحافظة مطروح - الكيلو ٧٤ لا تمتلك الارض المزعوم إنشاء المشروع عليها؛ حيث انها ملك لاتحاد ملاك النخيل بالعقد المسجل رقم ٥٥٣ لسنة ١٩٩٦ شهر عقاري مطروح ولا يوجد عليها أي تصرفات أو اي حقوق للغير.
  
  بناء عليه فإن إتحاد ملاك النخيل يخلي مسؤليته تجاه كل من يقوم بالحجز والشراء من الشركات المشار اليها بالمشروع المعلن عنه.
