Nice hotel but house keeping still bad despit my several comments.. first day every thing is ok but next days you have to call them as they always forget to either put shampoo or papaer etc boring itlien restaurant, very poor dining room menu, almost nothing you can eat after 11pm excpet bread or water. thai food is ver bad, chef is local and has no idea about Thai food, only sservants are Thai so i don't recommend it at all to eat there Ihope they will improve as the hotel is chic and room are compfortable nad noisless..

Very nice stay at the Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski hotel. For me, the rating is between very good and excellent.
The service was quite perfect. The room was comfortable with large size bed but a little crowded with weeding’s celebrations . The location of the hotel is excellent to visit the different areas of Tagamoa and for restaurants in the evening. The waitress was very attentive to all our requests. The idea of kids area were very appreciated. And the breakfast was really great .

The most beautiful and luxurious hotel I've been to. The decor and layout was unbelievable. The food at the Lebanese restaurant was delicious as well as as the atmosphere by the pool with live performances. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Very nice hotel and incredibly helpful staff. Big positives are the spa and indoor facilities. Only bad side is that they charge 1% extra to charge restaurants directly to room bill, but no big thing

Great service, rooms and design. The food is above average. The rooms are excellent. Getting there is a pain because of the difficulty of getting from the main highway (ring road) to the hotel. They really should have a dedicated entrance and better signage. Service at the pool bar is very slow. Not suitable for people who are here for business in the city center.

Good architecture. Good asethetic look. Good amenities. Good food.All Good, but as the property is too big to maintain minor cleanliness issues can be improved sometimes in rooms.loud music played till11pm each day.good cooperative n highly professional staff.

Luxury. Friendly service.

They need more attention to details. For example, there is a big hole in the entrance street when entering from the Ring road that could damage the car that has been there for a long time.

Valet driver's hands are not clean, requiring guests to clean the steering wheel when they get their cars.

Hospitality is the best. My only concern was the toilet housekeeping. I went there for recovery after a surgery. I enjoyed the stay. The room is very well furnished and the toilet is huge
