Every aspect of this hotel is amazing, from house keeping to animation.
I would 100 % recommend staying at this hotel.
The restaurant has a wide variety of foods for all nationalities and can cater to any of your dietary needs.
All the staff are fantastic and so friendly. They are able to help you with whatever you need.
The hotel and rooms are all so spacious and spotless. The beds are very comfortable and you are able to make yourself feel at home.
The Animation team well what can I say about them, they are amazing. They are very active, funny and helpful. Perfect entertainers for all ages.response / report this review -

I’ve been to Egypt 5 times and can say it’s one of the best hotels. Don’t expect European 5 stars, in Egypt it’s quite different. Everything was clean, colorful coral reefs, delicious food. So I’m happy to recommend this place. More details in my travel blog - Instagram @feelmytravel

Its beautiful place honestly i spent there 4 days its was nice experience the staff are nice and kind especially Mustafa and Mohamed in the reception_i know you are seeing this :D_ what i didnt like really is the food but other than that everything was great👏👏

Good place for a fast visit. But I don't recommend suites just book small rooms. Suites are not booked alot and has many maintenance issues even if the staff helped to fix it but I am not going in vacation to watch fixing these issues. Just book regular rooms not suites.

This place is a disappointment.
The food is really bad. People in my family had stomach pain. Dining places are dirty.
Sometimes the stuff acted surprisingly aggressive and was not helpful.
They were good in keeping our room clean.
I don't recommend. I sorry that I wasted my time there and wouldn't go there again for free.response / report this review -

Very very lovely staff!
First line buy the sea hotel rooms are tired renovations needs.
Food is not for 5***** hotel. But you can always found smth what you like.
