The worst real estate company in Alexandria and probably in Egypt. Doaa Shawkat and Yusra are not professional and liars. They are just after your money and most likely they will burn your house in the market. Avoid them at all cost.

Run!!! They demand double what they should according to the law, no service at all, do not know how to prepare a contract or inventory and in simple words are only after your money. Be aware that the law is very precise. They cash their fee either by the landlord or by you if you are interested in a property that is not already listed in their books. Not both. If they tell you so, it is a lie. Another lie, is the 10% increase per year. The law clearly states, that if an increase should be made, it should not exceed 10%. Moreover, if you sign a contract for 24 months, the law clearly states it should be at a fixed price. No increase whatsoever. Knowing that, make sure you don't get conned. There are other serious companies out there to be of your service.
