Dirty, dirty, dirty. That's about it. It's nearly impossible to find. The address doesn't come up on Google maps and the map the site provides you is not at all accurate. There was a loud squeaking sound outside the room that never stopped. The walls were thin enough to hear someone whispering in the hall. The sheets were dirty, the blanket was covered in someone else's hair. Ugh.
