It's a beautiful palace and there's a hunting museum and a lot more inside but they disappointingly disallow people to stroll through the botanical garden and the place needs some maintenance. Rich in history and perfect for taking some awesome photographs.

Just an amazing hestorical place, it is 5 or 6 stations, with through the different parts of the huge castle. You can take there a lot nice pictures, and you will have a nice experiance.

First, it is really expensive compare with other views in cairo 100 egp. Second, with such aprice, most of the place are closed to tourist, which means only a very small place you can see, not recmmonded.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ This early 20th-century palace, built for Prince Muhammad Ali Tawfiq, houses the prince’s extensive collection of furniture, manuscripts, clothing, silver, and other objects, some of which date back to the Middle Ages. The palace, actually five separate buildings, is executed in a combination of Ottoman, Persian, and Rococo architectural styles. The beautiful garden includes rare tropical plants, also collected by the prince.

We had an amazing day there. It is a great palace with intricate Islamic designs reflecting the effort and the lavish lifestyle. service wasn't the best but that hardly affected our day. However, we were not allowed into the second floor. Photography is not allowed unless you purchase a photography ticket (50 EGP).

It's a nice place but we were only allowed to see less than half of it.
P.S. you will have to pay a 50 pounds ticket to be allowed to take pictures over there or just use you phone when no one is around :D have funresponse / report this review
