  I came in and all of the employees were on their cellphones. There were 4 people at desks, but only 2 windows operating. When I approached someone to help me, he was too busy on his cell phone to even acknowledge me. Finally my driver came up and asked if he could help me.
  
  I had 3 things to mail. Clothes, papyrus and some small souvenirs. He tore through the bags I had and made a mess of the clothes. They were neatly folded and ready to go before that. The clothes did not fit into the small bags that the post office had, and the guy told me that I needed to get 2 boxes from Old Market. He then told me that I couldn’t mail the souvenirs. I informed him that I’ve mailed souvenirs before, and he still said no. He never gave a reason. He said that he could mail the papyrus. So, he made me tape the 2 containers together and then had me fill out 2 labels to apply to it (which he charged me 7e£ for each). One label for front, one label for back. After charging me and having me write out the labels, he told me that he could not mail ANY of it, and that I had to take it across the street to Middle East Courier Services across the street. They couldn’t mail it either and I was forced to go to DHL and spend over $60 (1000e£) there.
  
  Absolutely unacceptable. Please get off of your cell phone and do your job. Also, do some research on what souvenirs you can ship. Tourists are constantly buying souvenirs and shipping them from this location, however he told me I couldn’t. (Clothes? Really? It’s not batteries or anything electronic, it’s $5 Aladdin pants. Lastly, don’t brush me off to another company because you don’t know how to do your job.

  مكتب البريد المتنقل عرب سات-الغرقانة -شرم الشيخ الموظفين فيه مش بتوع شغل. هناك دايما إما شبكه واقعة أو خلصنا شغل حسب تعليمات مديرى وكل ده قبل معاد غلق المكتب بساعتين أو ثلاثة
