  I just call you to know where the hell is your place to have a look or book an appointment but the rude lady who answered the phone was just unpprofessional n didn't even let finish what I was asking about she just kept saying no you can't come here with your dog no your dog can't use our services n I said ok can we just know where is it exactly cuz we're here now n been looking for it for an hour walking around the area n we just wanna see it from the inside then the very respectful lady answered no sprry you can't come we have a Halloween event! Oh my god lady! We're a potential customers who came looking for your place as it was recommended by other customers of yours!! And we could've attended the Halloween bloody event!

  Would like to share my experience with pets are people too, how can I start the story of the most wonderful person o have ever met. Aml, you are truly a pet person the way you took care of our Minnie (cat) was outstanding by all means.
  My story with pets are people started with planning to go for a holiday as all know the big question comes where we leave our pet?? Tried several places and all apologized for some reason and my sister who sometimes takes car of Minnie is also on a holiday!! Big dilemma!! Clock is ticking and we need to decide to stay and cancel the whole thing or start looking for nearby place. Then I started searching for cat boarding in Maadi and got pets are people in the top of my search. I visited the website which was very impressive and informative also a Facebook page with loads of positive reviews.
  I contacted the mobile number provided and get in touch with Mrs. Aml, very welcoming voice and very polite and she knows all about how to handle people with worries like me when it comes to their pets. Which I see a big plus.
  She invited us to come and see the place Villa number 5 lovely place with a huge garden and a very nice pool.
  She and her husband took us in a tour to see the place, clean and airy with a very good ventilation.
  We went to cats suite they are couple of cats so clean look extremely healthy shining coats and eyes purring and sounds very content and comfortable. I looked at my husband and we said that's the place for Minnie.
  We discussed with Aml the availability of dates and we were extremely lucky to find a slot for min min 😎 in this wonderful cozy place.
  We were extremely happy to meet both of you Aml and Matthew and we are grateful for what you are doing.
  This is a top place for cats and dogs and we highly recommended.
  also would like to add that a daily feedback about minnie was communicated by aml via whatsapp to see her and make sure she is enjoying her time. :)

  Highly recommended it, best facilities I've seen in Africa - you can tell the owner Amal really cares for the animals!
