  Отель хороший. Большой. Красивый. Арабы жуткие, заглядывающие в карман и на твой доллар. Без доллара бужешь сидеть ждать официанта пол дня. Идиотизм отеля состоит в том, что напитки нужно просить у самих официантов, а пока их споймаешь, проще будет напиться в море. Как говориться экономия должна быть экономной. Было дело в 2016 году, у них там типа кризиса. поэтому, наверное, и экономят.

  amazing place everyone so nice and so many things to do there with 8 pools and restaurants from Mexican to British. easy to book other things there like what we did:VIP boat trip and even going to Cairo to see the pyramids!! so much fun had a great time

  i wish to thank all staff at the grand hotel for giving us a wonderful holiday , the staff couldn,t do enough for us when my husband became ill . the doctor was wonderful and did all he could to help him and reasure me that he would be allright . the hotel was lovely clean and food excellant . plenty of pools to choose from more than enought sun loungers to go arround and pool staff just great . i would recomend this hotel to anyone if they wanted a holiday to look forward to
