I’ve been visiting Dahab on and off every year and have dived with a number of centres but for the last 6 years have stuck with Octopus 🐙 World 🗺.
You arrive as a guest and leave as family, the whole team are personable and extremely professional in how they serve the customers.
The equipment is plentiful and functional.
Go relax and enjoy yourself with Team Octopus and if you’re really lucky you might even see the dive centres Halamuzmuz fish in the house reef! 😜response / report this review -

I spent one week diving with Octopus World Diving Center, and it was a beautiful experience. They have a good equipment, all the people working there are very friendly, and diving is amazing! I highly recommend this place, and i will definitely go back !!! Thanks again !

A friend of mine recommended I earn my open water certificate at Octopus World. It was truly an amazing experience. My instructor, Kamal, was very friendly and informative. He would always explain the learning objectives before each dive and tell me when each skill would come in handy. He was patient, answered all my questions, and didn't mind repeating an explanation or a demonstration if I didn't get something right away. Overall, a fantastic place that I'll be recommending to everyone looking to get into diving!

Actually I've made a tour rooming around Dahab diving centers to listen carefully how ready they're to teach you diving from scratch and for how much price? Octopus diving center was the Cheapest amongst them all, moreover the way they talk to you and the way they are prepared to support your first steps with diving suit into water was remarkable and trustworthy. Those three days I've spent in the center for my PADI beginner course were the most surprisingly awesome days ever, literally I felt myself as one of them , we shared together laughter and unforgettable moments of joy and happiness either at training or night. I would say thanks to everybody working honestly in this place and it won't be my last time to visit definitely.

It was already the fourth time for me to dive with Emad – but the first time in the new dive center! Emad has excellent experience as a dive instructor for many years and this is what he shares with his dive students. This experience combined with the crews enthusiasm and the brand new high-level equipment makes diving with Octopus an unforgetable great experience and exactly what you require from your perfect dive holiday. Safety is the main focus for each dive, but Emad, Alex, Tom and Adel made sure that we also had enough fun before the dives, between the dives and even while diving. We made our Nitrox and the Special Deep course and also a lot of fun dives. Emad is so familiar with the beautiful reefs around Dahab and he seems never not get tired to show us the beauty of nature, at day or night. Alex took us to an amazing night dive to the canyon at full moon – a dive which I probably will never forget! On our Special Deep course, Emad took us down to 40m in the Blue Hole. From this point you can view the arch (which is at 56). Amazing and awesome!! Do not miss to make your Special Deep if you have the chance to! Of cause there are further dive sites which are really worth doing the Special Deep. „Flying down“ at Mashraba (just 100 m away from Octopus) or the caves (in the South) is also one of the unforgettables! After diving, we enjoyed our time at the private chill out area on the roof top of the dive center. We got some drinks at the restaurant right in front of Octopus and enjoyed the view and the nice and warm sea breeze. The perfect end of each perfect day. One more thing which we really appreciated: As the camp we booked for our last holidays was already fully booked this time, Octopus took care for us about the booking for a nice accomodation. We only told them what we would like to have (airconditioned room without any extras) and they booked us a nice but still cheap one within walking distance to Octopus. As we couldn't extend our holiday, we need to come back soon! We might even be back within this year. Thanks Octopus for making our holiday specially perfect! :-)

Absolutely brilliant dive centre, great staff and a really amazing atmosphere. Would Recommend to anyone looking for a good time diving in the Red Sea!
