After i made the reservation with reception and i agreed with them at the room, 2 days later when we came to check in the guy at the reception told me we are so sorry because your room has been taken by some one else, i asked how !! and i explained to him that we already reserved this room 2 days ago, he said its some one from the police department and i can get you a better room !!
I went with him to see the better rooms as he says and i was Shocked the rooms he showed me was very dirty and the walls was water leakage from the wall, and the room smells like there was a dead body in it.
i went to the manager to explain what happened but he told me the same we are sorry the room was taken by another person from the police department and we cant do anything .. this is what we have.
I had to leave after i felt really humiliated. specially that we had to take our luggage and my mother was with me. and we had to look for some where else, and thanks god we found a better cleaner place to stay in.response / report this review -
