  Had spoken to company about my purchases as I was not happy about some of the products. They explain that some products may have different effects on certain skin types. They were swift to respond and addressed my concerns promptly and even sent a gift in the post via DHL to London which shows that they value their business and customer satisfaction. Overall they have some decent stuff so I will use them again

  I visited the shop only a week ago and purchased more oils than I could really afford, But that being said I felt the gentleman who spoke with me (I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but he did say he was the owner) spoke in a very honest and genuine way. He gave me some advice on the Rose Essence I purchased. I was very happy with my purchases. Unfortunately on the journey back to England the bottles leaked, and I have no way of knowing what the contents remaining in the bottles are as the numbers have been washed off in the leakage, and I cannot fined the list of numbers and names I originally payed for. My laundry is smelling good but I am out of pocket to a rather large amount now with nothing to show for it apart from the oil/tea light burner.
  Please use extra precautions when wrapping up the bottles and write the names on the outside of the boxes for extra precautions.
