  Easy to locate
  No wheelchair entrance
  The bank team are super friendly and very professional..but the bank is usually crowded, with tight and relatively small waiting area..
  I wish there were more tellers and customer service employees for the process to be faster/smoother

  أسوأ خدمة كول سنتر رأيتها علي مستوي ٤ بنوك اتعامل معها .هولد ١٢ دقيقة والاخر زفت ولم يفيدني بشيء .

  زحمة وقرف وعدد الكراسي أقل بكتير من عدد المراجعين. المدير نايم في مكتبه، والامن بيشيل ارقام للمراجعين مقابل 5 ج او 10 ج

  من أسوأ البنوك في مصر . علطول زحمه ومفيش مكان تقعد فيه. اقل وقت للانتظار ساعه ده لو انت محظوظ وخلصت علطول. وكالعاده الواسطه والمعارف بتتدخل. يعني هتلاقي واحد داخل من غير رقم وبيدخل يسلم ويبوس ويخلص ويمشي وانت قاعد ملكش اي قيمه.
  One of worst banks in Egypt, I don't recommend dealing with this bank or open an account in it, always crowded with no place to sit. Long waiting time "one hour" if you're lucky. If you find somebody walking through the door without cue number and finishes all what he wants in minutes. Don't worry this what we call it "kosaa" in Egypt. Means "Zucchini".
  
  The cue ticket says 118 people are already waiting!!!
