  he people there are not well trained, the service is ver very very slow, and the tillers are lazy, asking for a long bank statement can take like a yeartime, so make sure you ask for it a week before, citystars branch is much more better and beneficial. The parking sucks outside. They freeze accounts!

  Customer service is very slow. Every time I spend almost 3 to 4 hours.Either manpower to be increased or the process has to be developed.
