Small living compound of 12 level buildings, the compound is well spotted, just near the ring road of cairo so residents can reach any patch in city easily
The compound is not finished yet, the responsible company is in massive delay. Meanwhile the maincompany can be in contract responsible for interior design and flats settlement, but it is not recommended at all, my personal experience, beside few neighbors, we all had minimum 8 months delay and they do not apply the delay penalty, yet the quality of the job done is not that perfect.
Mall is not ready yet, mosque is still in planning, and compound side entry is horrible at the moment since the main entry road is not ready yet.
