Good tech, but the service is sub-par, and the doctors are not good at interacting with patients.

Very bad hospital especially in the renal dialysis unit from Dr.Mahmoud Elalfy and his nurse so called Naglaa. They delayed my dialysis without any reason for 4 days and I have to do it twice a week. Then, they said your creatine is very high, so now you need to stay in the ICU for at least 3 days in order to decrease the creatine. Ofcourse all of this is preplanned to make the case more complicated and to pay so much money and they do not care about the patient or anything except the financial return. Not recommended especially the dialysis unit of Mahmoud el alfy and particularly the so called Naglaa. Please be aware it’s a scam not a dialysis unit.

I was in the clinic , very very crowded no safety precautions ,no social distance and most of the people are not wearing masks . very scary , I was really shocked when I saw the physician ( nephrologist ) on Tuesday 05/18 , 3 :00 PM clinic and he was not wearing a mask and his patients are on dialysis or transplanted so they are very high risk.
I booked the new consult online and customer service were excellent , I paid 400 LE ,the doctor was late 2 hours and he asked me if I have an old records, I only saw him once 13 yrs ago ,I told him consider me a new patient he didnt take any history and refused to examine me ,I asked him to measure my blood pressure , he asked the worker at the front door (he is not a nurse ) ,he even didnt ask his assistant to measure it .Very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude ,the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my life, I don't recommend him to any one .

Used to be good in the past but now its not a good option for the high price and low quality of service. Experienced doctors are not there anymore and most of the current doctors are inexperienced.

Went to do some heart and bowls check up test in Ramadan. Very crowded private hospital, reminded me of public state run hospitals although everyone was seated and the hospital was clean.
Drs showed up very late in the afternoon that i had to wait for a whole 2.5 hours to finish one check up ultrasound. For the another heart check up i registered my name but the all the dr. showed up the same time i was in the ultrasound unit and he left.
The managing staff did not seem very caring that i missed the heart checkup. They were too busy to offer me appologies.response / report this review -
