This place is great; walking in is like walking into another world. There's every type of alcohol you could possibly want, from Dom Perignon Champagne to Smirnoff Vodka. They also have a nice selection of perfumes, chocolates, cigarettes and cigars. The limit is three bottles of alcohol and something like 200 cigarettes. I think you could probably get as much chocolate as you want. You can buy things here up to 48 hours after you come into the country. In Arabic the name of the store is شركة اسواق مصر الحرة.
