  As usual of Metro extremely clean, organised and all you need is there big branch but the only week point is the parking it's small and most of time crowded

  Overpriced like all other Metros, but your primary destination if you need variety. Cashiers are somewhat slow, though. (Updated: Metro is no longer highly overpriced as it once was, it's now more or less aligned with other supermarkets, and when they have offers they are superb. Giving it 4 stars instead of 3)

  Very nice renovated branch, it's spacious, clean and has a variety of products and brands, however some are above the average market price. It also has an ATM. My only comment management should pay more attention to staff Hygiene and appearance.

  Worst service among Metro supermarkets in Egypt number of employees is really compared to the volume & size of the supermarket & with no experience about customer service

  Love it, yet one of the staff is a complete lunatic and needs to be treated. she questions you why you bought this or that, and shows her frustrations if you buy an expensive thing !!!!!
