Just got back from our fabulous trip to Egypt and Jordan with Memphis. Every detail was taken care of from start to finish. Thank you to everyone there who made our trip so special, especially Mustafa, Eoias and Raed.

This tour company is absolutely perfect. Accommodating, professional and loads of fun!! Look no further, just use this company for your tours! Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, so accommodating and we had a lot of fun with them. In Cairo ask for Hosam Bashandy and in Luxor ask for Mohmed Saad.

As a travel consultant I cannot recommend this agency due to failure to pay its partners. More than 5 months since my clients traveled and they have many excuses as to what happened to my commission. They may be wonderful for guests - but not for travel consultants.

They are nice and all until they get your money and you figure they are scam artists! They stole my deposit $392. They requested a deposit that I was assured multiple times is refundable if my trip was canceled for whatever reason. I got sick before the trip and canceled my whole trip and they gave me the runaround for few days and then stopped responding! No refund of the deposit!

Wonderful service. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond expected service. Our guide for Cairo and Alexandria was an Egyptologist and could answer/explain any questions.

I had the opportunity to experience a private tour with Memphis Tours.
My your guide was Ahmed Shihab El Din.
He was absolutely amazing: great English, very knowledgeable and very accommodating.
I experienced everything I payed for plus more.
I learned so much more than what I'd already researched.
Lunch was delicious and Ahmed was there with me every step of the way, vividly explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions.
I was taken to a few establishments with the option to purchase: pictures made from papyrus, jewelry, and carpet made from silk, wool or cotton. It's okay to say "no" because if you don't you will end up spending more money than planned.
Pack snacks because even though the your is all day (8 hours) lunch is the only meal included, drinks are not included with lunch but water is included with your tour.
The next time I visit Egypt I will definitely use Memphis Tours and I will choose Ahmed, he's the best!response / report this review -

My wife and I had an incredible time with our guide Ahmed. He was by far the best guide we have ever had!! From helping to take pictures to taking us to the best places around he let us know everything we wanted to know about the history of the region and sites and answered all of our questions. Our driver Machde (may be misspelled) and tour manager Rowis were excellent as well! When we come to Egypt we will only use Memphis Tours.

Our experience was AMAZING. Our group of 8 spent time in Cairo and took a cruise down the Nile. I would recommend this trip for anyone!

We came with a bunch of work friends and had an excellent time. It was a quick two day tour but it was great. Evening cruise on the Nile, morning at the main Pyramids and sphinx, afternoon at another ancient area. Night at the sound and light show. Religious tour in the morning and museum and bazaar in the afternoon on day two. So much to see. The tour guide and egyptologist were very well spoken and also gave us lots of interesting information while we were on location on traveling to each of the locations.
Would use them again for a return trip to Egypt or any of their other locations.
