It is a nice Hotel with direct access to the Sea (which not all Hotels on the Cornish have). Very friendly staff. big rooms. Breakfast could be improved. But in general OK.

Trained staff specially in the restaurant
Bed covers and sheets need renovation.
House keeping are not professional

The best thing about it is the private beach, the rooms are clean, the food is not bad but not wow, no free WiFi, good place for weekend but if you could find a reservation!
Free parking is a good thing for sure

First of all, the cleaning standards are really low, On our first day we found cockroaches in the bathroom.
The card is always glitchy and i nearly got stuck outside my room, it was only my luck that someone in the room was awake and heard the noise of me trying to open the door.
Food is alright.
We didn't find hot drinks service when we arrived and we had to order it from the reception.
The café by the beach is really noisy and they keep music on too loud till 2 AM which is pathetic and disrespectful.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a decent chilling couple of days by the beach, other options are better to be considered. And i wouldn't stay there again for free.

The best sea view hotel in Alexandria, management need to be upgraded , but it was good.
