Emaar provides high-end services that are only available in Cairo but coupled with great beaches and sea. The only down side is that sometimes it gets really crowded and as a tenant you might be denied some services because of that.

Place is stunning.. it literally lacks nothing.. beach is awesome with nearly no waves at all.. water attractions are available in the sea with five star cafes.. in addition if you're a fan of chilling, this is the place for you ;)
