An impressive well-built mall. But still most of the shops are closed up to date. Ski Egypt is amazing and a good place to have fun.
Maximum 50% open.over priced compared to other mall's for the same shops and same item. Even shops with sales on 50% pricing items wrongly and when arrive at cashier find prices totally different. Bad experience in Calliope, where 10 matching items all priced at 339 and in fact 599. They refused to sell it at the lower price and just peeled off the price tag! No manager available. As for the Mall many shops still waiting to open???? Pointless journey unless going skiing. Not even 1 star experience but unable to score zero.
The biggest mall ever in the Middle East with a lot of potentials that are yet to be launched. Amazing size and facilities, international brands stores, a wide range of indoor and outdoor restaurants and cafes, and is for all family members Adults and kids the same 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖
New clean place ice play area is fantastic AC is good kids play zone is good. Have big Glossary market. many restaurants with good views and open to air area so you can enjoy. It's good for families only Parking places is very bad because it's crowded and need time to find empty place
Mall of Egypt is simply like no other. It is absolutely huge and thus provides a shopping experience which may take quite some time! The range of shops is very good and it's definitely worth visiting and in addition to that I recommend visiting. You'll never run out of choices or find something that doesn't suit your tastes in this mall. Even if you're not for shopping, the Mall of Egypt provides a great place to spend a day!
A great experience, the food wasn't what I expected it to be, and the ticket register in the skiing land was out of order for a half an hour, the men's washroom (or toilet) has some quite superfluous washers, but not what a visitor ('visiting' the toilet, for its intended purpose) would want to have, I personally would've wanted to do it manually. I also don't fathom why all malls have to be 50 kilometers apart from the downtown area
Another huge construction, that was built good BUT Magic Planet for kids was overly priced, Disgusting experience in the men's washroom, No hand paper towels in all 6 dispensers. The cleaner came to me while peeing !! and offered me napkin to hold it !!! Unbelievable stupidity.
So why aren't the dispensers filled? Why still the same attitude in such a new and modern mall?? What are 2 cleaners doing in the washroom & just both of them standing without doing their job, all around basins splashed water, toilets not clean. They are just standing their offering napkins manually so that they beg tips. Why not hire less cleaners so that they do their work properly.
I noticed lots of workers just roaming around without any work.
Also how come they allow people to smoke inside the mall??
I tried so hard to connect to their public Wi-Fi but funny thing I received the sign in password the following day 😆
It's just another huge construction but with the same stupid manpower management & organization.
A nice place despite the partial opening. Good food court. Unique snow experience. Biggest carrefour in Egypt.
Beautiful and clean and has some really nice cafes and places to visit. A bit overpriced but there is some good Gems in every corner :)
Also one other point to mention it is spacious and not as greedy as other malls that cram somthing in every place. Well done!
The mall is huge and has lots of amazing new services like ski Egypt. Vox cinema is also a very nice and convenient experience. However, as every newly opened mall, there are not much shops you can go to.
