Well organized
Reception staff are not friendly, they need more customer care courses
Prices are ok
Location is a bit tricky as most of the streets are closed for some reason
Went only for the optician

I am very unhappy! we called and reserved an appointment at 14.00, after we checked all is covered with our insurance. The lady on the reception, when we came, first made us wait for 15 minutes, then told us the contract with our insurance company is terminated. We call our insurance and give her the phone, to find out all was fine, all was needed was approval, but she did not even bother to check. We wait for the appointment 45 minutes. Overall, very bad organization starting at the reception is not a sign of a qualitative and professional service!Improve that urgently!
