One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Service is outstanding, staff are super helpful and friendly, conference halls are big and modern, entertainment is full-on, and much more.

The route to the hotel is too bad and is very difficult to reach. The quality of the food is not that good. The service is fine.

Nice and not crowded, prices are high to foreigners as compared to Egyptians, restaurants are nice but also food is expensive as compared to value.

it's the worst hotel on earth.
we had to change the rooms 3 times just because rooms were not ready and disgusting with dust and even there was socks from guys before us.
breakfast was ugly, I had to guide them on how you make an omelet!

We went at the restaurant. When I ordered lamb chop from the menu, which was 103 LE, they informed us that the price is actually 270 LE. Good food, good ice-cream, good service. We'll come back.

Update: beware of a stupid policy of not allowing food delivery into the facility, you will need to walk outside to entrance gate to collect. As per acting manager these are the instructions of ministry of tourism.
Nice place for family outing as its very lavish and quiet. The outdoor atmosphere is the best but the services were not so joyful as needed to follow up with housekeeping / room services few times to get the job done. Also the building and fit outs are quite vintage, may be thats the hotel approach "an old estate" but the wear n tear of the furniture is evident. During my two stays had to change the room first time as no running water in shower and second time was because of room heater not working. The built in wardrobe of all four rooms were also not to well maintained.
