Dear sir,
Images on the Internet has shown how a dog was left on the roof in the heat to die. (In Cairo) Even if one does not care about the life of living things I think God would want us to at least to let them have a chance in survival. If one doesnt care about the dog then please release the dog on the street or give it to any animal shelter in Cairo so we can take care of it. I am almost sure it was not intentional to let the animal suffer but it was neglect. Please out of name of compassion do not take anymore animals just to let them die. I beg you.

You left a dog tied up on a boiling hot roof of the Libyan Embassy in Cairo. Why would no one in Embassy let the worried neighbours take him ? The dogs cries where heard by many !!!! What a way to die !!!! Shame on you people at the Libyan Embassy Cairo .
