  Booked a tour of the Giza Pyramids through Trip Advisor (Viator) for 8am. Waited till 9:30am literally standing outside the hotel, called every number I could find, tried the Trip Advisor app to chat, did WhatsApp, all to no response. Then frantically searched for another company all while losing several hours of my day visiting a sight I’ve wanted to see for decades.
  Then at end of the day, they marked *me* as “No Show” and denied my request for a refund. My first email triggered an offer of 25% refund and the second finally 100%. I have a suspicion that no one actually read my emails as they were all just form letters.
  Is this company even still running or just taking orders and hoping the booking party doesn’t complain enough to get refunds?

  We booked a tour for 9h via the website viator. They weren't there and when we tried to call them, the number was always unavailable. Then we talked with viator, who contacted them, and they said they would be there at 10h30. We waited until 10h45, in the meanwhile tried to call them several more times, always unavailable. After that, we talked again with viator and decided to cancel our tour. After that, someone from the company finally called us asking if we still wanted to do the tour but in the meanwhile, after losing already 2 hours of our fay, we had already booked another tour with another company.

  Awesome day trip to see Giza, Saqqara, Dashur that included a tasty lunch and a Camel ride around the Giza Pyramids.The tour was informative and both were very courteous. I would definitely recommend booking again.

  This tour was amazing, was even more amazing! We did several many activities which included visiting the Sphinx and great pyramid. This experience was surreal

  I would definitely recommend this day tour with let's Explore Egypt. My lovely guide was excellent. On the way to Giza, she explained about background information on Egypt, ancient Kingdoms and Pyramids. Before we entering into an attraction site, we always sat down and talked about what we would see there first. Her explanation was very professional and informative. She also helped me take many good photos. The driver was great too, who was very polite and drove safely. The car was very clean.
