Nice hotel near cairo airport with a wide range of facilities and large garden, restaurants ,events ballrooms, swimming pool, tennis courts , casino , football court and kids area, most of rooms are rennovated recently

I have stayed at this hotel quite regularly for traveling on to work. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning and TV. Ive stayed in a few rooms now from single to suite. The beds are always comfortable and clean and there is always plenty fresh towels.
On a few occasions they have only had 1 person on reception ehich is no use when a bus of 20/30 show up at once leading to long wait times after a long day traveling.response / report this review -

Great food nice ambience sizeable and comfortable room but furniture could do with an upgrade. Staff were courteous could definitely be better. It was more than I asked for given the circumstances. I would recommend this hotel.

The entrance in the hotel and the restaurant looked nice, however sofas in the lobby seemed a bjt dirty and disorganized. The layover guest rooms has no "passage" (or not that we were shown) and required going through the restaurant or the pool, which is less than stellar specially with all the luggage.
The food was delicious and there was really good selection for the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The service was okay and not the best. Their cleaning trolley was right beside the dining table where some people were sitting.
There was a private party going on in the courtyard, whjch was very close to the suites and restaurant, making it very awkward for both the party guests and the hotel guests.response / report this review -

This is the best hotel I have ever been to 🌟 the food is delicious and the service is perfect 🌹 I would love to come again and I really enjoyed my time there 💐

It claims to be a luxary resort, however theamenities are staff are too occupied all the time to serve you any better. This is a hotel used by egyptair to put up their guests whose flights have a long layover, or who missed their connections due to egyptair's error.

I restrict my comments only to the restaurant and at breakfast. Because of the number of guests, they lack capacity.
Notwithstanding this, it is quite remarkable that the staff afford a personal touch; I mention particularly the omelette chef who makes some super dishes and the Head Waiter.response / report this review -

We spent the night here before an early flight and it was very convenient since it is only 5 minutes away from Cairo International Airport via free shuttle. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and pillows, modern LCD TV and large bathroom with bath tub. We also had dinner at the Orangerie (main restaurant), which was nice but rather expensive. Breakfast was really amazing though and it was included in the room price. The garden and swimming pools looked inviting and well maintained. Would recommend it for a transit.
