  We had a horrible experience at the Zeitun restaurant today. Ahmed the waiter who met us there was very unfriendly. He said that the restaurant was open from 6 to 8. We arrived at 7.and for 15 minutes, no one came to serve us. When I went to ask for the menus, all the staff were eating in a back corner. No one came and we he finally did, he pressured us to order right away. We were waiting for one person. He said they would close at 8! It seemed like they were intentionally shooing away customers.

  A nice place where you can spend your weekends or any long vacation. A very special view of lake Qaroun and don't forget to pick your organic vegetables and fruits from there.
